I wanted to work with a light grey background on this one
vs. my usual blasted white.  I have a couple more of these,
and then back to passerines.  I'm revisiting the east coast. 
What happen to those winter landscapes?  Hope all is well.

Eastern Kingbird

Here's the regal Eastern Kingbird, just in time for the holidays.
Aggressive and territorial flycatchers, they're known to take down
bigger birds like crows and Blue Jays.
